Career Bridge is not refundable. In exchange, there is no time cap: if you have done the work and followed the strategy and have not received an offer at Week 12, we extend the programme at no additional cost, for as long as it takes, until you sign one. We re-evaluate together, adjust the strategy, and keep going.

The intro call
Thirty minutes, free, and deliberately hard to get into. This is not an information session and it is not a sales call. Book it only if you have decided you want Career Bridge and you are ready to pay for it. Here is exactly what happens.
What happens on the call
I take one Career Bridge client per month, so the call exists to decide whether you are that person. I have read your details before we speak. We use the thirty minutes to confirm the fit, not to introduce the programme.
- I review your CV, LinkedIn and application history before the call, not during it
- On the call I tell you where the disconnect is and what it is costing you
- I tell you honestly how long I think your search will take and your realistic chances
- If we are a fit, I send you a private booking link the same day. That link is where you pay and reserve your start date, in one step
- If we are not a fit, I say so on the call and tell you what to fix before reapplying. Nobody is sold to
Please do not book to explore your options. I cancel bookings that are clearly at the exploring stage, and I would rather you spent that time on the free diagnostic or the free tools, which answer the exploring questions better than I can in thirty minutes.
