This website is operated as a purely informational resource; commercial transactions take place on third-party platforms (Topmate, etc.) which act as separate controllers for the data you provide them.
Server logs. When you visit this site, our hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) automatically receives technical data: IP address, browser, referrer, timestamp, and the URL accessed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure site operation). Retention: short-term, controlled by Netlify.
Analytics (Google Analytics). If you click Accept on the cookie banner, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand which pages are useful. It sets cookies and processes pseudonymous identifiers. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent). If you click Decline or take no action, no analytics data is processed.
Newsletter and waitlist signup (Sender.net). If you submit your email through a signup form, we send it to Sender Ltd. (Sender.net, based in Lithuania) to deliver newsletters and product-launch notifications. Sender.net stores your email and engagement data. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent, with double opt-in). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
Form submissions (Netlify Forms). The diagnostic and contact forms send your responses to Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc., USA, with Standard Contractual Clauses). We use this data only to respond to you. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measure) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest).
Fonts. This site loads Inter and Inter Tight from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd.). Your IP address is briefly transmitted to Google to deliver the fonts. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in consistent typography).
External booking and payment platforms. Links to Topmate, Tally, and Substack take you to external sites. We do not process your data on those platforms. Each has its own privacy policy. For Topmate specifically, see topmate.io/privacy. We only see that you clicked the link (via analytics, if you have consented).

This page is informational only. The actual terms that legally apply to your purchase are Topmate’s. All bookings and payments for Academia to Industry programmes happen on Topmate. The contract is between you and the relevant party as defined by Topmate’s checkout.

If you complete the agreed Career Bridge programme structure and have not received a job offer within 90 days, we extend our 1:1 support at no additional cost until you do. This is an outcomes-based commitment from us, not a refund obligation. The financial contract sits with Topmate.
We may pause or end a programme for serious reasons (illness, force majeure, breach of agreement). In such cases, refund handling follows Topmate’s policy for partial-delivery cancellations.
